You’ll learn and master dive skills from one of our highly-trained PADI Instructors during confined and open water dives. The skills you learn during these dives
will prepare you to explore a whole new world.
The next step is the Five Dives in confined water
and then you are introduced to four open water
dives. Minimum Age is 13 years due to Internet

PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course
What does it cover?
The online version of the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver
Course will include knowledge development for the two required
topics - the Deep and Underwater Navigation Dives - along with
five of the most popular elective dives. These include Night
Diver, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Wreck Diver, Boat Diver and
Underwater Naturalist. As with the PADI Open Water Diver course,
the entire PADI Adventures in Diving manual will be available
online to divers enrolled in the course.
How does it work?
After enrolling, PADI's eLearning system presents you with
interactive presentations that include videos, audio, graphics
and reading. Short quizzes let you gauge your progress, and
review and correct anything you might happen to miss. This lets
you move through the program efficiently and at your own pace.
What does it cost?
The PADI Advanced Open Water Course online is $120 US
nonrefundable. The fee covers the knowledge development training
as well as unlimited access to the entire PADI Adventures in
Diving manual online. Subway Dive Centre will charge an
additional fee for the in water portion of your certification.
How long do you have to complete the eLearning course?
The eLearning course will be available for one year from the
time of course registration.

PADI Enriched Air Diver Course
What does it cover?
The PADI Enriched Air Diver course online includes all the
knowledge development requirements for the course. You'll also
have unlimited access to the PADI Enriched Air Diver manual
online for reference after you have completed the course.
How does it work?
After enrolling, PADI's eLearning system presents you with
interactive presentations that include videos, audio, graphics
and reading. Short quizzes let you gauge your progress, and
review and correct anything you might happen to miss. This lets
you move through the program efficiently and at your own pace.
What else is required to complete the course?
Prior to certification as a PADI Enriched Air Diver, you must
complete a Practical Application session and either two enriched
air training dives or predive simulations, with a PADI Enriched
Air Specialty Instructor. Contact Subway to sort out a schedule
for the sessions.
How old must I be in order to get certified as a PADI
Enriched Air Diver?
A diver must be 15 years old or older to enroll in a PADI
Enriched Air Diver Course.
What does it cost?
The PADI Enriched Air Diver course online is $195 US
nonrefundable. The fee covers the knowledge development training
as well as unlimited access to the PADI Enriched Air Diver
Manual online. Subway Dive Centre will charge an additional fee
for participation in the Practical Application session and
enriched air training dives, or predive simulations.
How long do you have to complete the eLearning course?
The eLearning course will be available for one year from the
time of course registration.

Divemaster Course Prerequisites
-
Be certified as a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver and PADI
Rescue Diver (or
hold qualifying certification from a recognized recreational
diver training organization)
-
Be 18 years old
-
Have logged 40 scuba dives (must have 60 logged scuba dives
including experience in night diving, deep diving and
underwater navigation by the end of the course.)
-
Have completed Emergency First Response Primary and
Secondary Care training (or qualifying training) within the
past 24 months (must be within 24 months at both start of
course and end of course)
-
Be medically evaluated and cleared for diving by a physician
within 12 months. This can also be done in Malta by our
doctor, price Euros 20 valid for 1 year.
The PADI Divemaster Online portion of the course can be done at
your own leisure. Paid directly to PADI to register for the
course is $200 US non-refundable, fee is for the online
portion of the course only. To complete the programme, including
in water training the Price is Euros 500 paid to Subway.
Additional Completion Requirements
In addition to completing this online knowledge development
program, as a Divemaster candidate you will also need to meet
the following course performance requirements:

Create an Emergency Assistance Plan for a designated dive
site.

Complete water skills exercises.

Complete a diver rescue assessment.

Complete the dive skills workshop and assessment.

Complete practical application skills.
-
Complete Divemaster-conducted programmes workshops.

Complete practical assessments.
-
Meet the professionalism criteria
Successful completion of the PADI Divemaster Final Exam is also
required for certification as a PADI Divemaster. When you come
to Subway you must bring with you your eLearning Record
(verifying completion of the online portion of the course) and
you will be required to complete a liability release or
acknowledgement form stating you understand the risks of diving
and agree to assume those risks, plus PADI
Standard Safe Diving Practices Statement of Understanding.
